HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Glow Better Brand products are made with love, by hand, and to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed, made, packaged, and shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet. Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Glow Better Brand products will be shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS?
We really do hope you love your Glow Better Brand products. Due to the nature of this product, exchanges and returns are generally not accepted.
MY ORDER ARRIVED PHYSICALLY DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I SAVE MY SOFTENED OR MELTED BODY BUTTER?
Yes, of course! If you think your butter has softened or melted, place your body butter in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes BEFORE opening to avoid making a mess. The whipped consistency may change to that of a balm, but the good news is that your body butter is still very useful and still full of moisturizing benefits.
If you're feeling whisky, you can re-whip your body butter with an electric whisk or hand mixer after it has completely cooled. This will incorporate air back into your butter and restore some of the original whipped consistency.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALLERGENS?
Yes. Glow Better Brand products do contain tree nut oils, including coconut oil. If you have an allergy to any tree nut oils, be advised that our products may not be suitable for you.
HOW ARE GLOW BETTER PRODUCTS SCENTED?
We scent our products with 100% essential oils unless stated otherwise. If that's not your vibe, we also offer every product in "O.G. Unscented".
